Dan Hickey got his license and has worked in the real estate industry since 2001. Prior to that, Dan had a successful computer sales company that sold mostly to the corporate sector.
Dan has had a successful career working with clients in the Newmarket, Aurora and surrounding areas from the Royal LePage RCR Realty, Brokerage (formerly Royal LePage York North Realty) office located in Newmarket, Ontario.
His 30 plus years dealing with corporate and retail clients has furnished him with a strong set of negotiating and selling skills which he uses very effectively now for his home buyer and seller clients. Dan and his wife Rose have lived in the Newmarket area since 1988. They have seen firsthand the spectacular growth in the area and know intimately the community in which they have chosen to live and raise their family.
Knowledge of the local area tied in with expertise in negotiations and the handling of sales transactions from beginning to end has helped Dan's many clients. Dan's goal when dealing with clients is to make the selling or buying process as stress free for clients as possible.
